Argyll Caravan Engineer
Gordon is from Oban in Argyll and has a background in marine engineering. Gordon has worked for British Petroleum, P&O Cruises, Northern lighthouse Board and various other companies in the oil industry covering everything you would find in a ship for the last 22 years.
In 2012 he decided to use his time away from ships to provide a service to his fellow caravanners, offering a mobile service throughout Argyll Lochaber and Kintyre. He can and will travel further on request, Skye and Balloch have been recent visits.
Gordon is trained to the latest standards in gas and has attended numerous manufacturer course including ALKO and BPW Chassis manufactures. He works regularly with industry partners such as Dyce Caravans, Catterick Caravans, Preston Caravans and the static caravan manufacturer Tign Dene.

Gordon checked over our caravan before purchase, as a few minor faults were found we managed to get it for a bit lower that the asking price. After purchase Gordon sorted the issues and we now have a lovely home from home. We couldn’t be happier with his service and will definitely call on his expertise again.
We called Gordon whilst touring to fix the heating in our caravan, within 5 minutes of checking system he had located the fault. We had to wait a few days on a part arriving but soon as it had arrived Gordon fitted it and got our heating up to full working spec again. A must when touring in Scotland!
Gordon is a very experienced engineer and this clearly shows with his very thorough checks. This is my second time using Gordon and would recommend to anyone.
